Government Fees

All professional fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

At Strides Immigration, we believe in clarity and transparency. Our professional fees cover your immigration representation and advisory services; however, they do not include GST/PST for Canada-based applications or any processing fees applied by debit/credit card or e-payment providers. (Initial consultation fees are the only exception.)

In addition, our fees do not include:

• Government application fees

• Language testing fees (IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, etc.)

• Educational Credential Assessments (ECA)

• Police certificates or background checks

• Medical examinations

• Translation or notarization fees

• Courier, mailing, or travel-related costs

Please also note that additional fees may apply if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed, or if further work becomes necessary due to missing disclosures or government requests.

The fees listed on our website are flat-rate estimates per applicant. Your exact fee will be confirmed after your consultation, once we review your goals, the complexity of your case, and the supporting details required to prepare your professional service contract.
